With a healthy dose of quinine extracted from Ecuadorian tree bark, this is the perfect shampoo for Gin and Tonic lovers. The woodsy-scented formula gives your scalp a deep-tissue massage in order to bulk up and reinvigorate thinning hair, with vitamins and pure plant extracts going where your fingers can’t to stimulate natural oil. This shampoo is an excellent first step towards stopping the hair thinning process in its tracks.
I'm really happy with this shampoo. It doesn't provide a ton of volume on top, for that you'd have to use a styling product anyway. It does provide a nice gentle cleansing, leaving my hair incredibly shiny and easier to comb out without necessitating a detangler. I bought it mainly for my thinning ends, and it leaves them especially bouncy and healthier looking. Other reviewers have complained about the scent. While it is a bit more masculine, and I'm a girl, I really like the crisp, cedar/pine scent and I think it smells clean and wintery.
5I really like this shampoo. It does not lather up excessively like more mass market shampoos but it does smell nice and leaves the hair feeling good. It kind of looks like a bottle of blood so that may be a plus or a minus depending on your perspective on such things.
4Bought this for my hubby who has plenty of BABY FINE hair. Because his hair is so fine, he really needs something that gets it clean. This shampoo wasn't cutting it. After about 2 weeks of use, I was asking him if he had stopped washing his hair daily, it was that oily looking. Smells great, but if you have hair that needs to be washed daily to avoid looking like an oil slick, avoid this product.
