White Eagle combines the two things every guy is looking for in a shaving agent: classic simplicity with superior performance. Infused with cooling menthol and emollient sesame oil, it's a runaway best seller of the Kiehl’s cabinet. A rich, creamy formula acts like a form of whisker whisperer, coaxing beard hairs into submission.
I love Kiehl's products usually. Their soaps and what not, but this shaving cream was not for me. I use a double edged safety razor and this stuff kept clogging the thing up. I kept having to remove the blade and cleaning it off just to get through one shave. It didn't lather at all, it didn't go on smooth, the razor didn't have that "glide" you like to get... but the final product was fine... it just took forever to get there! No thanks.1
I found myself having to apply this shaving cream at least three different times per shave, to get a clean & complete shave.2
I have tons of shaving creams and this really doesn't stand out to the competition. It was nice as a sample but really just super average. The scent is clean soap. I prefer to use a brush when it comes to the creams i use as i think it gets under the hair better and overall since this product doesn't require a brush it's hard to beat the competition.2
I barely finished my daily shave with this, and ended up razor-burned. It's like trying to shave with cheap body lotion. The two stars are for the decent fragrance, and because it's not the worst thing I've ever shaved with.2
This is a nice product with very little aroma. My big issue is that it does quickly dissolve in water and gunks up razor.2
This stuff is worse than the edge cream I used before. It's just not worth paying for.2
I've had better in my boxes... So I can say is this one was just another one I will forget about2
I am big believer that shaving cream is one of those items that we are made to believe we need but don't. I use hot water and a razor. I did use this product just to try it, and was a very nice feel, but not for me.2
Like the smell but that's about all for me. Combination of dry and sensitive skin didn't take to this product.2
The directions said you can apply it without water, but I wouldn't recommend it. Cut up my face trying a "dry shave."2
