When it comes to hair stylists, Oribe is something of a bad boy. The tattooed star is known for working with the likes of Jennifer Lopez and plenty of other pop icons. That’s why you should take his word for it that this cream is the difference between the usual out of control mop and a polished coif. The multitasking formula acts as both a leave-in conditioner and a styling cream, helping to calm and smoothe coarse, thick, or fuller hair.
This moisturizing cream feels like you're putting vegetable oil on your body. i have never been that disappointed in a birch box item1
made my hair feel greasy...must not be for my hair type....sure it is a great product, just not for me...have loved other Oribe products i have received1
I am a huge fan of Oribe! The quality of their products is among the very best. I just didn't love this product. I feel like it almost weighs my hair down. I did not notice any shine added and my hair still feels frizzy after use.2
I have straight thin blonde hair and this is too heavy for my hair type. Makes my hair look wet and greasy.2
I got this product in my monthly men's Birchbox and tried it out one day before going to work. The product description fails to mention that it achieves its supershine with glitter. By the end of the day I had glitter all over my hands and face. Not cool.2
Smells nice. Does leave your hands looking gittery. It's pretty expensive. Probably won't be buying again. Not worth it in the long run.3
Give me a hot rod and a pack of cigarettes in my shirt sleeves, because this stuff was GREASY. My hair has a natural "sheen" to it, but adding the Oribe was just a bit too much shine for my tastes.3
This product kept my hair in place but also left it looking greasy. I used it once then returned to using my old product...3
I enjoyed the smell of this product, but it wasn't quite for me overall. However, my roommate really has enjoyed using it since I handed it over to him.3
More like a palm-aide then a gel. It goes in like conditioner, but don't use too much since it is very thick. My hair is too thick for this product and I spend the day looking like the fonz.3
