Sometimes you just need to get things down on paper. Field Notes are there for when you’re out and about, whether that’s on a road trip, in a bar, or exploring a new city. With a vintage design inspired by agricultural memo books of the early 20th century, these journals are small and flexible enough to fit in a back pocket. The set also comes with a pair of colorful retro clic pens so you’re prepared whenever inspiration strikes.
I received this today and one of the pens are already in my trash can. I was a little disappointed because my first gadget was a Harry's razor, so I was looking forward to the next one and it's kind of a let down. Really liked my other stuff, but this just isn't for me.2
This is a handy little note pad that the birch box people have sent me:)5
In today's day and age, we never think about writing things down because we have our phones. This is a compact and useful note jotting tool; discreet and easy to carry around. Better than using my iPhones to-do list.4
These are handy little notebooks. Great for keeping memos on the run.4
Probably won't ever use it. Wasn't really for me. Won't ever use it cause its to small and i need bigger things for school.3
I was really happy about my February birchbox. So many goodies this month. In the past I've had some of the moleskin notebooks. And I loved those things. So when I saw that I had gotten a pack of 3 field notes notebooks and a couple of pens as well I was thrilled!!! I love the little info section they have for you to fill out in case you ever lose it and I like how you can be so creative with the different notebooks you get. I'm sure I'll be buying a few more of these when I have them all filled out. Great to kee small notes or reminders.
The notebooks are useful however the pens are of poor quality.3
The product is ok. I mean its just 2 pens and some note pads of paper. Not my sort of thing, will i even use it, no. My wife makes notes, and lists so I'll just give it to her to keep in her purs or car . The pens Are cheap looking, something that would be given to you. I have seen better pens at babies r us that they give away5
my boyfriend thought these pads and pens were awesome and will come in handy for sketching out plans and taking measurements.5
When I first saw the "retro" pens included, I literally had a visceral shudder. Though my wife and I did get a great laugh remembering how the pens would spontaneously pop apart and fly into a million pieces, or - if screwed too tightly - crack like eggshells, forcing you to use a lobster-claw-like-grip to scratch out your message with the shattered pen husk. I left all that in the 80s and not looking to reminisce.2
