Using your teeth to open a beer bottle displays your skills and resourcefulness, except that it’s almost guaranteed to result in a trip to the dentist. Better to wield a piece of clever craftsmanship like this bottle opener. With a streamlined design, the opener has a built-in magnet that keeps caps from going flying and also lets you affix it to your fridge so it’s there when you need it.
How's about a piece of wood with nail in it,this is not very impressive!
An "Artistic bottle opener"...really?
This was my first Birchbox and I was expecting something more exiciting (or even practical) than kitschy bottle opener, coasters and a beer koozie.
I like the style, but the last thing I need is another bottle opener. Also, I don't drink alcohol; therefore, most of the things I drink do not require a bottle opener.
Before using the product, the magnet was already breaking off!
It opens bottles, like 20 other things in my kitchen. Fortunately there were some other good items in this months box. If I actually paid $14 for this I would expect my wife to intervene, and no longer allow me financial autonomy. It's a lump of wood with a nail and magnets in it. Not exactly the latest in high tech bottle cap removal....
maybe it's because i'm not a beer drinker, but this product seems pretty useless to me
It opens bottles okay, though it's not always obvious to your guests how to use it. The magnet is okay for holing caps, but only holds it on the fridge if you put the nail over the top edge. It's mostly for style.
While I understand the masculine appeal of this item, I can bend a nail in a piece of wood myself, for far less than the price of this item.
Love the look of this. Interesting stylish looks make me not mind having it on my fridge. Slight problem there though, the magnet isn't strong enough to stick to the fridge like advertised.
didn't really like it. The design made it difficult to use.
