Using your teeth to open a beer bottle displays your skills and resourcefulness, except that it’s almost guaranteed to result in a trip to the dentist. Better to wield a piece of clever craftsmanship like this bottle opener. With a streamlined design, the opener has a built-in magnet that keeps caps from going flying and also lets you affix it to your fridge so it’s there when you need it.
Love this product - actually ended up give it and the beer coozie from this month's box as a gift. The simple, well thought out design really makes this bottle opener shine. The two magnets, one to hold the cap and the other to adhere it to your refridgerator for easy acess... INGENIOUS. On top of that, if you occassionaly set your long necks in a metal pale with ice (summer time!), then this is one bottle opener that will never go missing - easily magnetizing to the pale itself when not in use! Perfect gift to your buddies whoe also can appreciate great design!4
Definitely a functional, and unique, option for opening up that bottle of liquid smiles. Best part was figuring out that was a magnet on the back. Perhaps too many "smiles."4
Not much to say about this that hasn't been said already. It's an aesthetically pleasing wood beveled & sanded to fit your hand with a magnet and a nail in it.
Speaking as someone who has only ever used traditional bottle openers, I never knew that the process could be made more enjoyable. This attractive low-tech tool accomplishes that.
Great simple little opener. It goes great with the new bar I just set up in my house. I like having new interesting gagets.4
looks great in my man cave.....almost like an artesanal piece of art. Thi swould make a cool little gift4
Well made, smartly designed, and classy to have sitting on your counter or bar. Works well, too! i'm curious to see more from this manufacturer.
It looks like it was cobbled together in Ron Swanson's woodshop. The magnet that keeps the caps is something that doesn't get old. Highly reccomended.4
This is definitely the manly mans bottle opener. Well thought out and fits nicely in your hand. Like the magnet idea, just wish they used stronger magnets. I had a hard time finding a metal surface to hang it on.4
This bottle opener works as advertised, and looks great while doing it. Love the sleek, modern design, will definitely get a lot of use out of this!4
For a small wooden handle with a bent nail on the end, this product is quite elegantly simple. The design allows it to de-cap any bottle with minimal force. One drawback to it's design, however, is its weight. When we stuck the magnet to our fridge, the magnet held, but the weight of the opener dragged it down. With something underneath it, like the door handle, it was able to stay on though. Looks fine with any wooden dining set.4
