Using your teeth to open a beer bottle displays your skills and resourcefulness, except that it’s almost guaranteed to result in a trip to the dentist. Better to wield a piece of clever craftsmanship like this bottle opener. With a streamlined design, the opener has a built-in magnet that keeps caps from going flying and also lets you affix it to your fridge so it’s there when you need it.
This looks like a cheap high school shop project since it is a hunk of wood with a nail in it, but it is surprisingly sturdy and opens bottles easily. The magnet in it holds the cap snugly so that it doesn't fly off or fall somewhere. The magnet did not seem quite strong enough to hold it securely to the fridge, but that's not a big deal.4
People always try and steal this for their own place. Can't stop opening bottles.4
My first thoughts were "this could be interesting". I wasn't sure how effective the simple design would be but it works. I'm a fan of the magnet holing onto the cap after you pop it. No more chasing caps.5
I thought it was really neat..I would have liked a darker wood5
This bottle open is different from anything I'e ever seen. My fiancée was really confused. I like that it's not an obviously a bottle opener.5
Such a great idea and well made item. Magnet to hang on the fridge comes in handy.5
Great functional product. I like the magnet feature so it stores easily on the fridge. It also has a unique design.4
I enjoy finding unique yet functional gifts. This may become a staple host/hostess gift.5
Simple, functional, and artistic all at the same time. This is a great little bottle opener and I love how the magnet both catches the cap and allows me to stick it onto the fridge.5
I bought Birchbox for my boyfriend and when he got his first box in, he absolutely loved it. The bottle opener was his favorite out of the box. He liked how easy it was to open a bottle and then you could just throw it on the fridge for the next beer!5
