When you need a stiff drink to unwind, nothing should come between you and your spirit of choice. Unlike ice, which spurs you to throw back your rye before it gets watered down, pre-chilled Whisky Stones® won’t melt. Made from Vermont soapstone, the non-porous cubes won’t absorb or alter the essence of whatever you’re sipping. They’re an ingenious way to keep your spirit chilled and unadulterated.
Whisky stones are badass. They do really work, and there is nothing like having rocks in your glass. I would definitely recommend these.5
Great product, keeps the whiskey cold without watering it down.5
Maybe I have a particularly warm hand, but I gotta tell you, they don't keep my drink cool. Constantly disappointed. They do dazzle guests though. And are very manly.2
I consider myself at serious casual scotch drinker. The Teroforma Whiskey Stones are a must have for anyone that enjoys the occasional neat whiskey. With the exception of a few whiskeys that need an ice cube or two to bring out the bouquet the stones make all the difference. They do a fantastic job of keeping my whiskey cool but not cold. They are very convenient easy to clean since you need only rinse them off between uses. I recommend 3 stones for a two finger pour in the appropriate glass for maximum enjoyment.5
I was so freakin happy to get these in my box. Use them almost every night.5
I for one love my drinks chilled without being diluted. This product is perfect for that. Also, great back-story, packaging and design as with all Birchbox items.5
I do not drink often, but when I do, I prefer whisky stones. It is nice to not have the drink watered down.5
Whiskey stones are an absolutely excellent product, and these are no exception. They keep your drink cool without altering the flavor or aroma of the beverage. Not just for alcohol either.5
These are great--so glad to finally have some of these!5
I was initially hesitant about this product for two reasons: 1. Whiskey isn't my drink of choice (although I do drink it from time-to-time), and 2. It sounded too good to be true. One of the things I hate the most about enjoying a tall drink is the fact that when I'm halfway/three-quarters done, it is both lukewarm and watered down. My drink of choice that I tested out the whisky stones with was a vodka tonic. I purposely served it up in a 20 oz glass and sipped slowly. By the time I was done, my drink was just as cold as I poured it, and in no way watered down. The product does what it says it will, and I am impressed!5
