Designed by Apple veteran Justin Charlton, the Old Calgary Alpha Wallet is an ideal card and cash carrier for the modern man. Given the opportunity to flash this slim, concrete-colored design, you might actually look forward to the arrival of the check.
I'm always excited to score this kind of stuff in a box, but this one was a real letdown. No leather on the sample one and no way in the world I would pay $45 for the one offered. If it was all leather I would consider it, but it just looks and feels kind of cheaply made.2
The one I got did not have the leather pocket on the outside as is shown here and the item was really just ridiculous. Yet another Birchbox item to just throw away.1
Mine didn't have the leather piece. It is thick and bulky. Looks like a preschooler thought it up and made it in less than five minutes. I would never carry something like this as my colleagues would openly laugh (and rightly so).1
nice product but a little on the thick side. a regular wallet holds more. my wife has been using this from time to time.3
I was very excited to get this prior the receiving it. Than when I got it, nothing like the pictures. Just two pieces stitched together and not little pocket for my credit card or licenses on the outside.2
Felt good and light in my pocket, but lacked packing power. The version I received didn't have the card pocket, so I put all the items in the main compartment. Was ideal for business travel with a slimmed down number of necessary cards. Only good for limited use, with no divider between money and cards.2
This thing seemed cheaply made and really too shabby-chic. My kids couldve made this at home. I wouldnt spend the money for it.2
Mine didn't have the snazzy leather piece, looked flimsy and cheap. I gave mine to my 12 year old, he liked it.2
I like the idea of the slim wallet, but I can't see myself using this very often as the pocket can't really hold many cards or cash.1
Really didn't look too appealing when i opened it. It's actually too bulky for something that's supposed to be "less"1
