Whether you’re putting together a huge lobster feast or just brightening up a fresh salad, a little bit of citrus is always a welcome addition. But with the cutting and the squeezing—not to mention navigating pulp and seeds—things can get a little messy. Quirky’s Stem aims to fix all that. With this simple invention, you don’t need a knife, juicer, or even a firm grip to add an even spritz of citrus to dishes.
This is such a great idea but I was skeptical on if it would really work. It does! What an easy way to add citrus to fish, meats, salads, without worrying about the seeds getting in your dish.4
I really am looking forward to using this product. It's compact and looks sturdy.5
It really does work! Although, it's not the best gadget. For the price, it's not too bad. You do have to punch several holes and move it around in the fruit to get more juice. Then the juice kind of leaks out of the old holes. It's best to use this when the fruit is room temp. Rolling the lemon around on the counter a bit to release juices helps it work better, too. It is a light mist, so if you REALLY like a lot of lemon juice, you might be better off just using a couple wedges. Fun little gadget for a little spritzing though!3
This is really exactly as sold! Pop it in a lemon and spritz away! Easy to use and also to clean.5
This was fun to use. But you had to keep putting a new hole in the fruit to continue to get more juice out.4
The citrus spritzer is more of a novelty than a necessity. It works fine, but you need to remember to use it - it's not the kind of utensil that comes to mind automatically.3
Coolest invention ever! I find it works better on smaller citrus fruits, than when I tried grapefruits for example...who knows. Still, great to have in the kitchen.5
I have a lemon tree, and can't believe I didn't own this little gadget sooner. It is so easy, just pop it in a lemon and spray away. Perfect for salads, and recipes, or to add a lemon kick to your drink. I even spray on my hair when laying on the sun for extra highlights. You can use in any citrus!
My kids love this as much as I do, it's so fun and easy.
Works well, to wash I just place the bottom in a cup of warm soapy water and spray through a few times, then repeat with warm clean water to rinse.
I purchased this as a gift for a friend who cooks using citrus a lot. It is a quick, easy, and handy product that is useful at the grill and in the kitchen.5
This is a great invention and it works perfect if you need a little spritz of lemon. You do have to puncture a few more holes if you want to get the most out of the lemon4
