Inspired by the complex character of the world’s most iconic flower, perfumer Jerome Epinette set out to create an unconventional rose fragrance. The result is this brand new blend, which features rich floral notes undercut by a spicy, smoky trail. Romantic and bold, it avoids the cloying sweetness of most rose-based scents, with a concentrated formula that lends a single spritz some serious staying power.
This is not a scent that I am used to. Unfortunately, it is not one that I would personally wear out confidently. The fragrance is too strong for my liking. I would probably use it as an air freshener at home as opposed to a cologne.2
A little on the feminine smelly side for me. Spray would be have better. Price was a little bit high for cologne as well.3
The smell is just beyond. I can't even describe it. It's not super masculine, but in a good way. Not overbearing or harsh. Somewhat sweet. Really enjoy it.5
This cologne was too strong and reminded me of my grandpa's! I got some on my fingers when I first opened it and couldn't escape it for days. Might be nice if the fragrance was a pleasant one, but it is smoky and patchouli based, not floral at all.1
I will note that this scent will never be a daily scent for me. I use it only on rare occasion due to it's sweet scent. It's heavy on the rose, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. A little goes a very, very long way. It's very feminine, but those secure enough should have no problem wearing it with confidence. Try and get ahold of a sample version first, as this product will not please everyone due to it's very unique floral notes.4
smells great! i recommend it as a fresh new scent to wear whenever whereever. nice packaging. nice bottle. i got a sample through my box.3
This fragrance can go a long way with just a tiny amount. And it does stay there for a looong time. Pretty impressive. However, the scent itself is way too flowery and sweet. Not for me.1
Although this fragrance has more to it than rose alone, the rose is definitely identifiable and dominant. I can't detect all the other notes that are mentioned.4
This cologne has an intriguing smell that seems distinctly feminine initially, then mellows out to become more masculine. It seemed a bit overpowering, and reminded me of something my grandmother would wear. This, coupled with the high price, makes me unlikely to purchase this product.2
This fragrance was not something I would wear, i prefer a much more masculine woodsy scent.1
