Ease the pain of chapped lips with this Brooklyn-based brand’s all-natural balms. Packaged in a tin not unlike the one that houses your favorite mints, this set of four balms (Peppermint, Cocoa, Cinnamon, and Citrus) is like a beeswax-based buffet. Each flavor soothes dry, cracked mouths without any residue or shine.
I love lip balms, but I absolutely hate the smell of cardamon, especially when combined with cinnamon. The lip balm itself is very creamy, maybe a bit too creamy, but the smell just makes it impossible for me to use it.1
The cinnamon was not for me, I don't really like that flavor anything and it just smells too funky for me.1
Pretty dissapointed to receive chapstick in my Birchbox. I look forward to receiving samples of cool beauty products I may not otherwise hear about or purchase. The smell (cinnamon-- in the summer?!) was gross and the full size is $15. No thank you.1
Didn't like these very much. The Cocoa flavor smelled awful and the consistency was too oily for my liking. Felt as if the balm just sat on my lips instead of being absorbed.1
I am addicted to chapstick so I was excited to get this in my birchbox for October. Unfortunately the cocoa flavor tastes really weird. Although, I did like the texture and it lasts for a while, maybe another flavor would be better.1
This balm seemed sticky to me, and did not seem to moisturize like others I have used. I also did not like the way it smelled. All in all, not for me.1
The texture of this product is fine...but the cocoa smelled terrible. If you could purchase just the other smells it might be worth it...but seriously a waste of money and product to have to deal with the cocoa one.1
I was excited to try this but the smell is absolutely terrible. Organic products tend to have a "natural" smell to them, but this was a whole new level of nasty. As soon as I put it on the first time, I had to wipe it off my lips and I threw it out. Tastes awful too.1
This lip balm feels very nice on my lips, but I cannot get over how gross the cocoa balm smells. It smells rotten, and it is strong. I am not sure about the other scents, I only have cocoa.1
While the texture of this lip balm is wonderful, I cannot get past the pet-store smell. I received the cocoa flavor and only hope that the other three included in the package smell and taste better than this one.1
