Available in light, medium, and medium dark shades, this concealer acts like a customized version of the Starship Enterprise’s cloaking devices. If you’ve got razor burn or a zit before an event where a lot of camera flashes will be going off, a quick dab of this product takes your blemishes into stealth mode. Conceal & Treat not only disguises nicks, blemishes, redness, and imperfections from shaving or acne, it also helps to heal them with salicylic acid.
It works great! It covers ups the imperfections and the salicylic acid drys my pimples. I have it in my bag everywhere. As a man I don't need a full makeup, so it is practical and works well for me. Find your color and try it!5
The medium tint is actually very light, so it stands out when I applied it. The darker color would need to be a whole lot different. I rubbed it in, but that had little effect on the problem point. This seems more like a small soft stick of really light women's make up.2
Saw this product a while ago in a magazine I wait to buy it. I am glad I finally did ....It does a good job of covering "unwanted things". I can also bring it with me cause the packaging doesn't scream make up. I will buy again.5
I was excited to order this! Seeing as it the only mens conceal and treat product on BirchBox i thought it had to be good but i thought wrong :(1
I have to admit I have used my wife's concealer in the past to cover blemishes. I am in my early 40's and too vein to deal with pimples at my age. I got the "light" version of this as I have pretty pale skin and am not in the sun much.
Maybe getting the "medium" one would have worked better, but the concealer part works minimally and the salicylic acid doesn't do much for pimple reduction. The size of the product os good and makes it easy to take with, but once I've left the house, I'm not going to re-apply.
Most men are going to consider it "make up" and will have a hard time using it solely because it seems feminine. If it really worked and improved your skin as well as hide the blemishes you were trying to fix, it could change alot of minds.
