If you’re rocking a fragrance inherited from your old man, or relying on a goopy deodorant stick for your olfactory game, it’s time to mix things up. Kick off your new scent strategy with this subtle, summery eau de toilette from Motor City designer John Varvatos. It’s the fragrance equivalent of your favorite jeans and a just-washed tee: classic, cool, and easy-going. Even the packaging—a flask wrapped in hand-woven rattan—exudes laid-back class.
This is an ok scent, not my favorite though. It is a little too fruity for my taste so if that is not something you are into, maybe you should pass on it. It is definitely pleasant and nice, but is also very subtle.3
This perfume smells nice. Not something I prefer getting in my Birchbox because I already have specific scents that I wear. It is nice to keep in my purse though in case I need a spritz throughout the day.3
I originally thought that maybe I could wear this too but its definitely too masculine. I like the smell though so I ended up giving it to my brother.3
Smells nice but no idea why a men's cologne was included in the women's box. I would have liked something for me. Don't plan on buying this cause my hubby never where's scents anyway.3
My man doesn't often wear cologne, which is quite the shame because I think mens' scents are often much more enjoyable than their girly counterparts. This scent, however, wasn't my favorite on him (or on me). I was happy to see it in my box, but it just didn't work for us. I think it was too heavy of a scent.3
I am very picky about my fragrances and this one is ok. I *like* the smell but it is too heavy for my taste. I recieved a sample in my BirchBox but wouldn't buy the full bottle.3
I like the scent but not one I would like for myself or boyfriend but this would make a great gift.3
My brother said this was a little too feminine but it's not a bad scent. He wouldn't have purchased it for himself though.3
It smelled a bit girly for a men's scent. That said, it wasn't offensive, just not for my guy.3
Every once in a while my man lets me spritz him with scent in the hopes that I will find something that drives me positively wild with desire, so that way I won't pay attention when he eats all the trail mix in the house or doesn't take out the garbage. This isn't the cologne that makes me forget that stuff. It's only attractive in very small quantities on him and then it gets too spicy and odd, making a big bottle a bad expenditure.3
