Gentlemen of taste often prefer a traditional straight-razor shave. But when your schedule won't allow for cutthroat whisker removal, try this concentrated, creamy soap. Your choice from three distinctive formulas will have its perks: Refresh uses eucalyptus oil to tone and purify skin, plus menthol to deliver a tingly kick. Nourish uses karité butter and sandalwood oil to soften tough beards, producing a smoother, easier shave. Protect taps aloe and Vitamin E to soothe sensitive skin, leaving it soft and hydrated with a crisp, musky scent. Whichever you choose, it'll bring to mind classic barber shops with its no-fuss results and old-school packaging.
I love my beard. Don't really shave a ton but I do keep up with my trimmer. I'm kind of a hairy dude so I gotta keep the neck line clean and shave part of my cheek but that's just left for the electric beard trimmer. Since I got this I figured what the heck and pulled out the razor and trimmed up. Not that impressed but I'm not a guy that really shaves so what can I say? It's been 9 years since the sun has seen this face so I'll have to pass on this product.3
I was excited, because I loved the aftershave by PRORASO. But, this just didn't do it for me. My skin had a weird texture after I was done shaving, and I couldn't get past the smell. It did give a decent shave though.3
I thoroughly enjoyed the shave that Proraso provided, but the scent was a little overpowering for me. I prefer lightly or unscented products for my face. If this came in unscented or, for example, a peppermint scent I would totally purchase it!3
i assume this has much better effect if you use a shaving brush (which i dont). I also didn't like the tingling feeling after the shave, and to be honest the smell was not the best...3
I was happy with the smell of the shaving cream. I didn't really like the lather though. For me I prefer a pretty heavy lather. It did a good job of keeping razor glide up though. And it left a pretty smooth finish. It's not out of the park for me but a decent product.3
This is a decent product for what it is. It took a few try to get a decent lather going. This is a great product for traveling or the gym as it is small and works.3
Good shaving cream. It's almost exactly like my C.O Bigelow cream. I like the fresh feeling this type of cream leaves my face feeling. I still have a bunch of my other cream left so really it'll just depend on which one is cheaper when it comes time to resupply. Tried to whip these creams up with my badger brush with not a lot of success.3
Cool packaging, but the product was not effective to me.3
Maybe I wasn't using it right, but I found this very hard to work into a spreadable lather and found it very hard to wash off completely after I finished shaving. I will say it smelled very nice and left my skin soft and smooth, though.3
This product resulted in an overall nice shave. The eucalyptus and menthol certainly felt nice on my skin. That being said I do not much care for the sense of Eucalyptus and menthol, it seems to dry quickly making it slightly difficult to wash off of my razor3
