Gentlemen of taste often prefer a straight-razor shave—but when there’s no time for the full cutthroat experience, try this concentrated, creamy shaving soap. Three distinctive Italian formulas ensure a truly personal touch, calling to mind barbershops of a bygone era.
Product seems to work well on sensitive skin, but there are better creams available3
It is difficult to rate a shave cream. I personally don't like creams, but if I did then I would use this brand! I am more of a foaming type of guy, but this did provide a nice smooth shave with minimal burn.3
I just wasn't impressed with this product, it was little different then the shaving cream I already use. I had wet hands, like the directions said, and still the lather wasn't very um lathery... The shave was nice, and overall smooth, however the smell wasn't great...was something very unmemorable...not classic, not trendy, just blah. so, not a great lather, not a great smell? I'd say stick with something else...this isn't worth trying in my opinion. For what it's worth.3
This is a pretty nice shave cream, it lathers well with a brush and feels nice, the only downside for me, isn't there a lot of soothing lotions in it, to prevent razor burn, which I need.3
I like my beard and usually rock a couple mms of stubble. Therefore, I don't shave everyday, but when I do it can be uncomfortable. This cream is easy to use and helps make my once-in-a-while shave less uncomfortable.
To be honest, I usually use my trimmer, so I don't see myself purchasing this product (or a similar product) anytime soon.
I thought the shaving cream worked well and protected my sensitive skin from razor burn, but the price was a little high at $10.00.3
It is a nice product, but I use a nice shaving cream from another company that I received in a birchbox, and I prefer it.3
I have used Proraso shaving soap for some time. This is a nice alternative to working up a lather in a shaving bowl when you need a quicker solution. Applying this directly to a brush allows you to work up an acceptable lather. Not the best shaving cream but gets the job done.3
I'm a straight razor shaver and I've always heard of this brand but never used. I was excited to try it when it came in my box. It lathers great with a brush and you can get several passes with just a little drop, but the "minty" smell really made my face feel funny. If I do more research I'll look for other scents.3
I used my sample, however, I like the shave butter I buy from dollar shave club much better. I'll let the barber shops use this stuff.3
