Gentlemen of taste often prefer a straight-razor shave—but when there’s no time for the full cutthroat experience, try this concentrated, creamy shaving soap. Three distinctive Italian formulas ensure a truly personal touch, calling to mind barbershops of a bygone era.
The cream seemed to be fine if this is a type of product you have used before. I gave it a try, but just not for me. I do like the packaging as the overall footprint of the disposable packaging (much less than an empty can) is ideal form a recycling standpoint. However, just not my type of product.3
Anyone who's serious about traditional wet shaving has used or at least heard of this brand. A classic Italian old fashioned shave cream with a fresh mentholated scent4
The product was effective in that I was able to shave with it. Seemed thin (certainly thinner than I'm used to), really didn't seem to be effective with my somewhat denser beard. I was thankful to have used in conjunction with a preshave oil.4
Very smooth shave. I thought it would lather a little more, but other than that, it was a good shave. I got the blue one, too.5
The shaving cream never really lathered up or gave any consistency. It sat like a thin, wet layer of something that quickly dried up before I could get to certain spots. I won't be using it ever again, and prefer my foam lather shaving gel.1
This product feels good on the face. However, it doesn't lather as well as I would like. I don't really get a close shave.3
I like it. I don't shave with cream much but I would t mind having this in the house.4
I really liked the shave I got with this, but it seemed a little thin.4
I have previously owned the hard soap version of Proraso, and this is my first time trying the cream. It didn't lather up as much as I'm used to, but it didn't make a difference. This is a great product and it gave me a great shave. Classic barbershop smell, too.5
This gave me the close shave I am always trying to achieve.4
