Cartier’s original Déclaration fragrance was an instant classic, featuring bold spice and unexpected undertones of cedar wood. Now the legendary luxury brand is back with a new version of the scent, Déclaration d’un Soir, which turns up the volume on the original strong-yet-sensual formula.
Just because it is expensive does not mean it is good. This gave me an instant headache.1
Loved everything about the smell and lasting smell!5
Loved the smell of this product. Plan to get once I finish my existing perfumes.5
I figured that because this cologne costs so much that it would smell amazing on my husband, but I was wrong. While he likes the smell, I find it to smell like an older or even elderly man. He is 28 and is too young to be wearing this scent. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone under 50.2
This was a nice surprise in my box. This cologne smells great. I will be keeping this in mind for a future gift to my boyfriend!4
I gave this to my 18 year old son to sample - the scent was a bit mature for him but he did say that his girlfriend commented on it. So someone did notice! :-)4
Smells wonderful but it's still a very small vial of perfume which I could get at any department store counter for free.4
gave this to my daughters boyfriend & he really liked it! this has a really nice scent! wish the price was lower!4
I hope giving out men's samples in the women's box isn't going to be a regular thing. It's just not a concept that works for me, sorry I spent money for that. My man doesn't wear scent, so tried it on myself. I found it had a strong almost alcohol scent at first and mellowed to an unpleasant, almost cedar scent. I think I was hoping for a more sandalwood finish, something I could wear so it would get used. Definitely something I would never purchase on purpose.1
