When it comes to aging gracefully, it’s all about the eyes. This clinically-proven, award-winning concentrate provides a proverbial hat trick of benefits: it reduces the appearance of wrinkles, diminishes dark under-eye circles, and keeps puffiness in check.
The product hurts/stings when applied, and causes my skin to get inflamed and red--very angry-looking under-eyes! Also: I hate how it smells.1
I've purchased this product before (not from Birchbox). I spent nearly $100 on the larger size, because its reputation preceded it. Long story short, I really didn't see anything amazing happen. The skin underneath my eyes didn't even feel more moisturized. I would never purchase it again, but I'll keep the sample and maybe take it along when I travel. It's a very generous sample size, though.1
This product gave me an itchy/painful/unattractive rash on my face. It took at least a week for the rash to go away.1
I had heard a lot about the brand so I thought I'd try it. It is a nice moisturizer and goes on smoothly with a good texture, but I don't think it helped wrinkles at all. Not worth the money.2
The eye cream felt nice on the eyes and left the skin moisturized but I never noticed a difference in wrinkles2
OK, but not great. I don't see a dramatic difference, and the product is very costly. I prefer ROC Retinol Correcxion Eye Cream, works well and goes on lightly so makeup applies well. Still looking for something better for dark circles though, neither product seems to help with that.2
I couldn't use this eye cream long enough to see if it actually made any difference. I have never had skin irritation around my eyes before, but this cream left my eyes so dry they felt like they were burning. I still have a dry spot on my eyelid that hasn't gone away, and I haven't used this product in weeks.2
I can't say that I think this product is amazing, but it is a nice eye cream. It didn't seem to diminish my lines around my eyes much, but it felt very moisturizing. I do think that a good eye cream is important, but unfortunately this one didn't seem to make much of a difference.2
This made all the skin on my eyelids peel. They were itchy and irritated for days. I thought it was maybe a new eyeshadow I used, so I quit using everything and went back to products I'd used before. I started using this again and low and behold, by the next day my lids were peeling again. I stopped using this and haven't had issues. I generally don't have sensitive skin or reactions to anything else--just this product.2
I don't have many lines around my eyes. I have very light crows feet, but that's it. So I was hoping to do some preventative maintenance and zap those suckers away. I always read that StriVectin was THE brand for wrinkles and I figured that's why it's so pricey. I used this religiously day and night for 5 weeks. Nothing. No difference. The light lines are still there.2
