Holding up your pants with your thumbs just doesn’t cut it once you’ve graduated from straw hats and cleaning your teeth with a piece of wheat. And frankly, neither does that single plain brown leather belt you’ve owned since fifth grade. As with neckties, your belt game demands both quality and variety. This simple, two-tone textured solution is the perfect place to start when you’re ready to get serious about building out your closet’s belt lineup.
This belt is way too long, not that stylish and a bit thin. If it was even close to fitting, then I would try it out. As it is, I am planning on giving it away. Not at all a fan of this item.1
In my opinion, nothing special. Too narrow, and way too long. Couldn't wear because there was simply too much extra belt to deal with.1
got this as part of my may box and was very excited for a lightweight belt. however the size of it isnt suitable for someone under maybe a size 40 waist, it wraps around my waist 1.5x and was sadly forced to be trashed.....make s/m/l...very disappointing1
Nice woven belt, but extremely long and narrow. Not really my style.1
Nice looking belt, certainly would have considered wearing it except it was far too large for me and, I would guess, also for the average birchbox user. This rendered the product completely and utterly useless1
1. Definitely too thin - I understand ultra-wide is no good, but this is like wearing a rope belt.
2. What is this, one size fits all? If so, bad form. I'm pretty sure I got a belt for someone with a 44" waist. Am I supposed to cut the end off? Seems that would kill the effect of the leather trim. And by seems, I mean yes, it would kill the effect.
I personally like the belt and the style, it was just huge (I am a size 31). And I know there are ways to wear a belt with a little excess but this product was way to large in my opinion. It would be nice if there were smaller sizes.1
One size fit all belts are usually not a great fit for me. Nothing special here, can find something similar at any store these days. No reason for it to be considered something special1
Hard to imagine how anyone could match loafer socks with a 50 inch belt.
Birchbox's first shipment & kinda confused, pulling for June
Come on Man!!!
This belt was huge, and would not fit anyone with normal waist size, no way of adjusting it leaving about 12 inches of belt to try to tuck away or let dangle....Quality was average, I would probably wear it occasionally at best if it fit, but will likely donate it to Goodwill.1
