Good things come in threes, like this preshave trifecta of macadamia nut oil, glycerin, and soybean oil. Free of parabens, fragrances, and petrochemicals, it lifts whiskers to give you a close shave while moisturizing and shielding skin so you end up with a smooth, nick-free mug. We're not the only ones who think its great: Men's Health named the lather Best Shave Cream in 2008.
Not a fan of this at all. I used part of the sample and chunked the rest. Had razor burn, face broke out and was irritated. Royal Apothic is head and shoulders above this stuff.1
Product smells like medicine and works no better than that which I can get at Target.1
This shave creame does not provide the best smooth shave experience expected by the brand. It does not equal the quality of less expensive alternatives.1
Didn't do anything extra for my shave and again could only use once so to see any results aside from first use, you would have to buy it. Which I won't be doing since the first use wasn't anything impressive.1
I did not like this particular product, it had a "pleasant" scent, but it dried up very quickly on my face, and I had a very hard time removing it from my razor. I do not see myself spending $23 for this product just because it had a pleasant scent.1
Terrible product. I could really feel the razor dragging across my face with every stroke. And really, could the sample have been any smaller?1
Weird consistency; clogged up my razor and didn't do a good job at softening whiskers. Smell is ok (not offensive) but not really good either. I'd be hard-pressed to pick this over a $2 can of Barbasol.2
I felt like I was lathering up with peanut butter - way to thick!2
It looked like cottage cheese and was not a great shaving product. Shaving butter was far superior. Even old fashion shaving cream out of a can is better.2
It's fine stuff but I'm more of a shaving soap kind of guy so this stuff really isn't for me.2
