Despite all of her goodness, Mother Nature can wreak havoc on your lips. Swap out that drugstore stick for this moisturizing therapy, which sinks in faster than waxy alternatives and has SPF protection to guard against UV rays. Plus, it won’t leave a shiny residue, so no one will think you borrowed your girlfriend’s glossy version.
I am slightly obsessed with lip balms and very picky when it comes to re-purchasing. I definitely liked this one but I didn't notice the ingredients until it arrived; it has parabens and petroleum :(
I will likely keep it because it does work well for very chapped lips, the applicator is great and it doesn't require continual re-application, however I don't think I will re-purchase (because of the ingredients).
Got this from my fiancee last fall. It was supposed to be for me but it worked so well we've been sharing. It got us through the coldest, driest winter we've had in a long time.5
I got this as a stocking stuffer for my boyfriend this past Christmas. He likes the product, especially that it does not make his lips shiny. However, he doesn't feel it's quite as moisturizing as chapstick brand.3
Not shiny, a little goes a long way, high SPF, keeps lips soft. Unisex. It's practically perfect! I just wish Birchbox had more flavors, though the Shea/Vit E is divine.5
This is simply the best lip balm I've used in years. I've tried a wide variety of lip balms and this one is the most effective (it helped prevent sunburn on my lips for an 8-day beach vacation), and it has a great scent.5
Let's face it... Lip stuff is just not deemed acceptable in a guy's eyes. Until now. This stuff rocks and no one will make fun of you for wearing it, but no one can tell. Except you, that is. Adios cracked and bleeding lips. This rocks.5
Good lip balm in terms of protecting your lips when they get too dry, however, I have a couple complaints. First, it's hard to forget you have it on, because it goes on so heavy. Second, it doesn't work that much better than regular lip balm for the price.3
This is my current favorite lip balm right now. It contains SPF that will help my lips heal (as they are chapped). I prefer minty-flavored lip balms but it's hard to come across ones that are moisturizing. My main concern about this kind of lip balm was that it would look like lip gloss - but this doesn't have that problem. Recommended for those with extra chapped lips from the cold/dry season.5
I love this product! It feels velvety on my lips and keeps them moisturized for several hours. I also really like the pepperminty taste and smell. It is not glossy, but more buttery. SPF 25! Excellent.5
This is perfectly good lip balm, and a step up from what you can buy at the checkout line. It has a nice smell, is easy to apply, and keeps lips moisturized.4
