It's a dilemma as old as underwear: Boxers bunch up, but briefs are too snug. This hybrid is made from 95% cotton with a hint of elastane (5%) for a tailored, flexible fit that’s never constricting. Free of scratchy labels, this design makes a welcome departure from branded waistbands.
This rode up in the wrong places at the wrong times. The briefs just didn't fit correctly: they were the correct size but the cut doesn't take into consideration an actual body. The material is problematic as well. One should not notice one's underwear while walking around; these briefs seemed to demand my attention every moment (too warm in odd places; riding up; ...I took 'em off at the end of the day, laundered them, and sent them off to charity.1
I really like a fabric made by Calvin Klein, it is just really soft and this was just basic cotton1
I like a good boxer brief but these were too short in the legs. It was more like just wearing briefs. I didn't think they fit well and maybe it was just the wrong size but they were fine around the waist, it was just the thigh that was too short and bunched up by your junk.1
These are definitely soft! My boyfriend normally wears the regular boxers, and said he wasn’t used to being a little more “constricted†lol, but he thought they were comfortable at first and soft as well. He did end up taking them off because then he felt they weren’t so comfortable after a while. He usually wears boxers and is not used to having that sort of constriction lol. Though I would think it would be fun to receive a different color other then the white, but I can’t complain really because they’re $18 underwear in a subscription box worth $20/month as I said up above.1
uncomfortable to wear...needs a pouch for the junk...and the ribbing is of very poor quality1
These weren't for me, tight in some areas, loose in others, a lot of movement, tugging and adjusting.1
These are very clingy, not even almost too clingy, they're just too clingy. I felt as if I'd just slipped into a pair of Spanx, breathable, fashionable Spanx that certainly have a high-end market, but I personally like more free-falling unmentionables and these are more akin to briefs than boxers in that regard.1
This product rides up on you when walking and sitting down very uncomfortable I may have needed a size bigger but that's what birchbox sent me1
I'm not a boxer or boxer/brief kind of guy, but I wanted to give them a try so I could be sure. The waist was too tall, so it came up to my belly button, and the leg portion rode up (which is why I don't wear this kind of underwear in the first place). I'd rather stick with my tried and true briefs.1
It was ok. Comfy, but a little to boring for my underwear choice. If you're looking for some basic basics, then this would be a great choice.1
