We don’t need a lot of convincing, and these small-batch puffs are far from your typical grocery store variety. D’Urso and her co-bakers craft their small-batch squares to be perfectly squishy, with a smooth texture and sophisticated flavor.
I was super excited to try these. The texture is awesome, they melt really well, but the flavor is way too subtle. I was expecting real vanilla, but these reminded me of a mass produced grocery store brand3
These big marshmallows are devious, but a little too sweet for me. My daughter and granddaughter loved them. I'm going to order more for when they are here. They are very rich, it's tough to eat more than one, so they do last.4
