There’s something so liberating about going sockless—until your feet start sweating. And while powders and foot deodorants will absorb some of the perspiration and odor, there’s no way to fully replace the myriad benefits of a sock without actually wearing one. Here’s the ultimate solution: no-show socks, which give the appearance of bare feet without the smelly side effects.
The material is very comfortable, but these socks are very low cut. If I were to wear leather shoes, the shoes would uncomfortably rub against my ankles and the sides of my feet. Also, the cut of the opening looks feminine somehow. It's cuts straight across the top of my foot kind of like the cut of a ballet slipper.2
I found that they slipped off occasionally when I wore them. Still, it's nice to have a no-show sock for loafers; it's better than not wearing socks at all.2
I tried using these with a pair of driving mocs on a warm day (70s). These slipped and slid off my feet and I couldn't get them to stay. After a frustrating day, I tossed these. If this could work as indicated, it would be amazing, but for now, it's just a good idea.2
These socks work amazingly well. I've tried other loafer socks and they never seem to stay in place, or the end up showing. I've had neither of these problems with these.5
I didn't know this type of sock existed!
I have already worn these a bunch. They fit perfect and are great for wearing boat shoes or slip on shoes that you wouldn't normally wear socks with.
My fiance loved them so much she stole them, but I enjoyed the few moments I had with them and would definitely hit up a few pair for my loafing.4
I'm not sure who these socks are made for, but size 13s need not apply.1
I usually fight the dilemma of either not wearing socks in the summer and having my shoes smell terrible or wear socks and look like an idiot. This is the best of both worlds. They keep your shoes from smelling and getting sweaty, but you honestly can't see that you are wearing socks. The only problem I have is that they sometimes fall off half of my foot when I'm walking a lot.4
too small for big feet need to think about men with bigger feet1
Super comfortable, and super sleek. Great with sneakers and loafers.4
