There’s something so liberating about going sockless—until your feet start sweating. And while powders and foot deodorants will absorb some of the perspiration and odor, there’s no way to fully replace the myriad benefits of a sock without actually wearing one. Here’s the ultimate solution: no-show socks, which give the appearance of bare feet without the smelly side effects.
I own a few pairs of loafer socks from other brands and none fit as well as the Vivarti socks. These socks are snug and the silicone on the heel do a great job of keeping them in place. I would recommend them to anyone.5
I have been searching for Mens no-show socks for a long time. I even ordered some from China. No such luck there, but the Vivarati socks that came in this month's box (May 2013) are perfect.
The socks are great quality, and have tiny grips on the heels to keep the socks from slipping into your shoes when you walk.
I have really sensitive feet, and stray threads in socks drive me so crazy that I have to take my shoes off an fix them all day. I'm excited to have finally found a sock that doesn't bother me at all.
The only downside is the price-point. I bought a few more pairs, but I need to see how long these socks last before purchasing a drawer-full.
Don't really get the point of socks with loafers, but maybe I'm in the minority. Plus, the socks were hurting to fit my size 13 feet. Maybe with a better fitting size and an open mind towards loafer socks they would have been a hit, but as it was, I was less than impressed.2
This was a great idea for the summer but the sock kept sliding off my foot inside my topsiders so it didn't seem to work. The look would be great as a no show if they would stay on your foot.2
The socks are so light weight , keep my feet dry, and cut down on the odor factor big time.4
I think they're too feminine and gave them to my girlfriend. She thinks they're ok. Unfortunately they didn't stay on even though they have the rubber at the back to prevent that.3
As advertised - comfortable sock that doesn't show.5
Kind of tight fitting, but neat concept.. not sure if I'd wear them with shoes, but good for around the house instead of being barefoot.4
I've been a ultralowcut sock wearer for about two years now, but was excited to see what a more expensive product might be able to offer me in terms of comfort and slipping prevention. I've worn each pair of these socks with different shoes hoping for the best results but have been disappointed each time with the excessive slipping down the heel. They slip much worse than the ones that I buy in a 5-pack from the local Journey's store in the mall. These socks will end up at the bottom of my sock drawer for those desperate-need-of-laundry days.2
Great option if looking for no sock option. Have found them to slip off the back of foot, however, although I wear size 134
