There’s something so liberating about going sockless—until your feet start sweating. And while powders and foot deodorants will absorb some of the perspiration and odor, there’s no way to fully replace the myriad benefits of a sock without actually wearing one. Here’s the ultimate solution: no-show socks, which give the appearance of bare feet without the smelly side effects.
I wore a pair of these with my sperry's the other day and they stayed on my heel for most of the day, I'll have to try them in my leather pair soon as well!4
I love the idea of this product. A no show sock to prevent your feet from sweating and stinking up your shoe is brilliant, however, the execution on this particular sock was lacking for me.
First of all it was too shallow and barely covered my foot, I'm a pretty average size 10 shoe and the sides of my feet were uncovered. Also my feet were pretty sweaty after wearing for only a couple of hours, the material is very thin and not very absorbent.
I think I would love this product if it covered a little more of the sides of my feet and if the material were made slightly thicker and more absorbent to keep my feet drier.
Great concept, but they kept coming off when I walked.2
A great, understated item. A little bit of the sock is visible, but the a small amount bight colors is a nice touch.4
I own a few pairs of loafer socks from other brands and none fit as well as the Vivarti socks. These socks are snug and the silicone on the heel do a great job of keeping them in place. I would recommend them to anyone.5
I have been searching for Mens no-show socks for a long time. I even ordered some from China. No such luck there, but the Vivarati socks that came in this month's box (May 2013) are perfect.
The socks are great quality, and have tiny grips on the heels to keep the socks from slipping into your shoes when you walk.
I have really sensitive feet, and stray threads in socks drive me so crazy that I have to take my shoes off an fix them all day. I'm excited to have finally found a sock that doesn't bother me at all.
The only downside is the price-point. I bought a few more pairs, but I need to see how long these socks last before purchasing a drawer-full.
Don't really get the point of socks with loafers, but maybe I'm in the minority. Plus, the socks were hurting to fit my size 13 feet. Maybe with a better fitting size and an open mind towards loafer socks they would have been a hit, but as it was, I was less than impressed.2
This was a great idea for the summer but the sock kept sliding off my foot inside my topsiders so it didn't seem to work. The look would be great as a no show if they would stay on your foot.2
The socks are so light weight , keep my feet dry, and cut down on the odor factor big time.4
I think they're too feminine and gave them to my girlfriend. She thinks they're ok. Unfortunately they didn't stay on even though they have the rubber at the back to prevent that.3
