Remember how cool it was every time one of the Transformers would unravel into a robot? Well, these folding sunglasses operate under the same awesome principle. Available in both black and tortoiseshell, these stylish shades feature a timeless silhouette that will flatter any face. They also come with a handy storage case to ensure they don’t get stepped on or scratched when not in use. Think of them as the Optimus Prime of eyewear.
I would have loved these glasses--very clever and well designed--had they fit. The stems are just ever so slightly too short, so I can balance them on my ears, but I can't quite wear them.3
I received these as a sample in my birch box wore them twice and they broke against the bridge of my nose. Don't bother. Sunglasses at the airport have a better shelf life.1
When I first received these I was fascinated immediately. The box it came in was very sleek and very handy. I enjoyed the fact that they glasses fold and unfold which allows for easier storage and adds a wow factor. While these glasses did not fit me the best as I have higher cheek bones, I did give them to my friend who absolutely enjoyed them! He loved the tortoise shell color and the functionality of them!5
Its a good idea, but you can tell that these fold and there are other products that do the same thing but look much better2
These glasses are very appealing to me because they fold up and could be very good to travel with. The only negative I have is I wish they came in different styles. I am not fond of the shape of the glasses and almost feel like they are feminine looking. The concept is really cool though.2
I think its probably close to impossible to make glasses that fold this small look GREAT. These seem as close as you can get to that goal. The hinges are mostly hidden. The spot between the eyes is noticeable and little funny looking but overall the quality is good and the look is not bad, especially for $254
Was very excited to receive a backup pair of sunglasses. When i opened the box and unfolded the pair, the frames were crooked/bent and did not fit at all. I've purchased cheaper sunglasses online that had way better quality than these. Very dissapointing2
Who really needs folding sunglasses? This is a complete waste of money and a pointless product. Spend money on real sunglasses that will last.1
I was super stoked to get this in the August box because I was in the market for a new pair of sunglasses. They fit my head perfectly and I love the oversized glasses. I also loved that the tint isn't too noticeable when I put on the glasses. My big problem with this is it's really really flimsy it just feels cheap. I most likely wouldn't buy it because of this but I love that I got it as a sample.3
I like these shades in principle. The folding design is an excellent concept, and they are good looking shades. They just don't look all that great on me and don't particularly mesh with my personal style.3
