While jumping out of a plane or swimming with sharks might give you more of a rush, this scrub will add some slightly safer excitement to your shower routine. Gritty but still gentle enough to use several times a week, this electrifying essential helps skin look and feel smooth. The added peppermint oil provides a cooling tingle that lasts long after you’ve dried off.
Other than the exfoliating grit and peppermint oil tingle, it's difficult to differentiate this product from plain old soap. There is surely something else out there that has the same attributes at a cheaper price.2
Overall, this was ok. I was not really a fan of the "Scrubbing" agent in it.2
I'm not a mint guy, this stuff is definitely for mint guys. It smells like you're washing your face with peppermint patties, complete with that cool feeling. It wakes you up, thats for sure.2
This scrub made me feel dried out and irritated. I wouldn't use it again honestly. I also think the packaging is very targeted to teens.2
While I think the product has an awesome smell, I find it too hard to distribute over the skin. It didn't leave my face feeling clean and refreshed like I had hoped.2
There wasn't anything about this product that I liked. I didn't like the texture, the smell, or the quality. It left my skin feeling dry and irritated.2
the smell was in fact refreshing and energizing but after using the product I did not feel any cleaner. also does not lather at all.2
I really like Billy Jealousy products, but wasn't crazy about this one. The texture was kind of slimy and it didn't work up much of a lather. I think it works better as a face scrub than a body scrub, but it didn't make my skin feel a little tight afterwards.2
Tough to use with a scrubber. So then when applied directly to the skin, it all kind of dissolved away (didn't lather).
Smelled pleasant enough, but didn't compensate for lack of utility.
Product seemed to be non-foaming gel containing pinhead-sized beads. Not abrasive enough to be an exfoliant on the face, for sure, and I wouldn't guess for the body either.2
