There’s a reason the best bartenders use oversize ice cubes—and it’s not just because a giant block of ice looks really cool. The lower the surface area, the slower the ice melts, thus keeping your favorite drink colder (and purer) longer. In other words, with this set of spherical silicone molds, your go-to smoky Laphroaig has finally met its match.
Bought this as a Valentines gift for my husband. He loved it. doesn't water down a drink. I think he just liked how cool the round ice cubes looked.5
My husband really likes these. We actually just made old fashions last night and dropped the ice balls into our drinks. We don't drink the heavier alcohols but these are a little touch of class that keeps the drink cool and not overly watery when we use regular ice cubes. Easy to use and refill.5
I gifted this to my husband & he loved them. Easy to use & effective. Great gift for whiskey lovers!5
This was my first time trying ice balls. I have always used whiskey stones in the past. These are way cooler!5
Great gift idea or for the avid drinker! Perfect for any person who likes making fancy drinks/cocktails or who just likes a nice drink on the rocks. Fill them up with water, leave them in the freezer for a couple of hours an you have the perfect ice ball!5
It takes some trial and error to know the exact fill level, and don't expect crystal clear ice balls. But otherwise, my bf was happy to receive this for his whiskey drinks.4
Perfect size and shape to fit into your glass. Long lasting and does not dilute the liquor quickly. Will be buying more sets to give as gifts.5
I haven't received this yet, but my friend highly suggested it. She has tried 2 other brands and said this was the best one and didn't leak. My husband can have the perfect whiskey now.5
It's great for a favorite single malt you don't want watered down. It can be tricky to avoid some cracking but instructions provided give good tips on freezing and refining for a crystal clear Ice ball. The only issue being you need more than 2 if you expect to savor as it takes about 4 hours for it to freeze properly.5
Yeah, Finally got my ice mold, simple to use makes perfect ice spheres lookout come winter for an epic snowball fight ala: Elf,5
