When your dad taught you how to shave with that razor he’d removed the blades from, he was hoping that you’d grow up to use a shaving cream like this. This classic softens and lifts beard hairs, while simultaneously soothing and moisturizing your skin. Add some Sandalwood aromatherapy to the mix, and you’ve got something that is pops-approved.
"the art of shaving" is far from it, anyone who really does shave with a straight razor would never use this product, one glance at the ingredients label and you will know why1
It only took a little bit of the product to make a good lather. This is a very good product.3
I think this product is great, love the scent and the way my skin feels after using it. I may purchase in the future if i find my other product doesn't work as well for me anymore.4
I've tried gels, creams, 3-in-1 soaps, etc. This is clearly the best of the bunch. The odor is different (non-scented smelled like damp wood or something), but works extremely well. Even for shaving the top of my head! And a little goes a pretty long ways.5
I get such an amazing shave with this cream. It foams up very nicely and it works even better with it's preshave oil.5
I definitely prefer shaving creams like this over aerosol cans etc, I have this store in a local mall and have ventured in a few times to poke around but never purchased an item. I liked this more than other shave samples BB has sent out mainly because I have found some hard to clean out of razor blades, this was a cinch though.4
I had heard of this brand before but never have gone out to try it. Now that I have I am sorry I hadn't earlier. It is a great shaving creme that doesn't take much to get a good lather. I definitely need to go out and try some of the scented versions.5
Great shave after a few days or growth, and absolutely no nicks, which is very rare for me.5
I love this shaving cream, I've used it for the past 6 years. I wish Birchbox sold the lavender fragrance.5
I've seen other products from "The Art of Shaving" but never tried them. I have very sensitive skin when it comes to shaving and get a lot of razor burn. While this did not completely eliminate that problem, it went a long way to making it better. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to improve their "shave game," especially if you have sensitive skin!4
