When your dad taught you how to shave with that razor he’d removed the blades from, he was hoping that you’d grow up to use a shaving cream like this. This classic softens and lifts beard hairs, while simultaneously soothing and moisturizing your skin. Add some Sandalwood aromatherapy to the mix, and you’ve got something that is pops-approved.
I bought this for my husband and he likes it a lot. It goes on smooth and although pricey totally worth it.4
I have sensitive skin and recently used it on an overnight trip. This product irritated my skin and did not provide any moisture and left my skin red and irritated. A liberal application of my standard post-shave moisturizer did nothing to rectify the situation. I ended up throwing the rest of the product into the hotel trash- I'm going back to my standby.1
I'm pretty picky about shave products, this was a lot better than most. Razor glides smoothly, no burn, and it smells great.4
This was the first time that I tried this product and it wont be the last time. I am going to order the sandalwood scent right now.5
I've used this before and I enjoyed it. I use a straight edge to shave and a good shaving cream is quite important and this meets my needs.4
The sandalwood version of this product has a nice, masculine scent. The product lathers well when using a brush. On the downside, it is not for sensitive skin. It caused my skin to become very itchy and it burned a little. This product has many wonderful reviews, but it's simply not for men with sensitive skin.2
Art of Shaving makes the best shave products, period. I never get razor burn, always have a super close shave, and the scented products smell great. Don't waste your money on anything else.5
The sandalwood version of this product smells incredible, while not overpowering. As a stand alone product, it is very smooth and effective. In combination with the pre shave oil and aftershave balm, this product line leaves my face and neck irritation-free.5
This stuff creates a thick barrier of soap when spread on with a genuine badger hair brush. I noticed that I had much less irritation when using "the art of shaving" shaving cream. It also has a subtle man smell to it that is not overpowering like cologne can be.
Guys this prodcut does the trick. Face it (pun intended), soap could do the trick, but Art of Shaving leaves my face feeling clean, smooth and has a great scent (if you buy a scented option). Pair it with their pre-shave oil and apply it with their Beaver Hair brush. You'll feel sophisticated and create a great shave.5
