Dopp kits are meant to organize your instruments of the hygienic craft—not add bulk to your carry-on (which, let’s face it, is already pushing the acceptable size limitations). This streamlined toiletries case is lean and mean, but still large enough to hold everything you need to look good on the go.
Pleasantly surprised to get this guy in the mail. Sturdy, and has enough room for the more important stuff that goes on trips and in a suitcase. I like the green version - definitely has a super manly vibe. No confusion whose this is when there are a group.4
It's a nice little bag perfect for all your traveling necessities, but I ask, why the camo???? Turquoise is nice, as is the other color combos I've seen with this bag, but looks like Birchbox was just trying to get rid of this color combo. BAD NEWS BEARS. Will use it and just laugh that I have something that has camo on it. Or re-gift. Le sigh.3
Mine is a teal blue w/ cammo....its ugly as heck. That being said, its a bag for my soap and toothbrush for the gym. The bag is well made, and the shape makes it easy to pack.4
The combination of colors and the shape are unique and distinct. Most of my travel items are black so this stands out and adds a pop (more like bang) of color. At $25 it is a great value. Most other dopp kits run $50 or +$100. I would give this a higher rating if it had an internal zipper pocket to help keep some items out of the single main compartment. Looking forward to my next trip or overnighter to use this.4
This will be so great for travel when I go home for weekends or on vacations. I also got a travel guide for LA so I am inspired to save up and make an impromptu trip! This dopp kit holds a decent amount of toiletries so it will get a lot of use from me!5
Fun looking bag that would keep all the grooming items you would need for a trip. It is colorful and it won't get lost within your luggage. It folds up to a small size and has a handle on it also. Not bad. I'm happy with it.5
I have a dopp kit that I'm not particularly fond of and I'm not sure this is any kind of an improvement. The shape is intriguing, but the colors are heinous.2
Seriously, what man that gets Birchboxes doesn't already have a nice leather dopp kit?? This is not a product I see a grown man actually buying/using unless it serves as an extra for your gym locker.
It's garish and somewhat ugly (some may call edgy and funky) and made from "cordura" which seems like regular nylon.
Like the title says - this would be a good gift for a tween.
Super Ugly. Camo is weird and I dont know who thought it would be a good idea to match weird, ugly camo with light blue. Plus, although it doesnt really matter, the inside is bright yellow. I wouldnt take this anywhere. Other than that, its a bag with a zipper. It holds things.1
Very sturdy, really practical/nifty design, and I was in desperate need of a new travel bag so this came just in time! My only complaint is that the orange camo print is quite unfortunate looking, but it's not that big of a deal since it will just get shoved in my suitcase anyway. Overall, I am very happy with this@4
