You’re a mountain man: You prefer scaling cliffs to the treadmill, and have never heard of spin class. Scrub down with this brawny bar, which contains a slew of hydrating oils like olive, coconut, hemp, and soybean, all blended into a shea butter base. Deeply cleansing and never drying, this soap will leave you smelling as fresh as a forest—and feeling like you could chop wood with your bare hands.
Got in my sample box and loved it enough to buy again. I use it once a week to bring my skin back to a base line.4
I received the Pine Tar sample and fell in love with it after the first use. It has a great lather and leaves my skin felling clean and fresh. The only downside to the Pine Tar is that the black bar stains washcloths (liked it so much I wouldn't let that stop me from getting it in the future). I decided to purchase 2 bars before my sample ran out! I got the Eucalyptus Greek Yogurt and the Cedar Citrus. I have not had the chance to use them yet but can't wait!5
It's a very "manly" scent, albeit a bit strong at first, but I grew to appreciate it's rustic approach. It will leave a black trail under the soap dish but it rinses of easily. And, really, shouldn't a real man's soap make its own mark?4
Usually I am ant-bar soap. However, this bad boy has earned a spot in my shower. The natural exfoliates in the bar are the only thing that helps my legs feel clean (i work outdoors and this is the best thing to get rid of itchy legs) Downside: it will turn your shower black if you dont watch out :)5
I liked this soap. It was a bit too scratchy after a while, but the scent was nice and earthy. I would buy this as a stand alone product.4
The Pine Tar soap is a great exfoliater and has really helped my skin when I suffer from seasonal allergies and have itchy skin. I find the scent off-putting at times.
The Cedar soap is pleasant and much gentler but does not have to exfoliation benefit.
Both Soaps leave my skin feeling clean without a feel of residue.
I really enjoy this soap. It leaves me feeling clean and the skin soft. My only change would be to have a few less "scrubbing" pieces in the soap, can be a bit much on tender parts.. All in all, would definitely buy!4
Very nice pine scent. Very rough soap, if that's what you're looking for. Exfoliates well, but it's a bit on the scratchy side.4
Takes a little while to get used to the soaps grit and pine scent but it does grow on you and once the sample is gone going back to regular soap just feels wrong
One of he best soaps I've ever used. Nice scent, works well. The only drawback was my wife didn't like the black residue it left on the white tile in the bathroom.4
