You’re a mountain man: You prefer scaling cliffs to the treadmill, and have never heard of spin class. Scrub down with this brawny bar, which contains a slew of hydrating oils like olive, coconut, hemp, and soybean, all blended into a shea butter base. Deeply cleansing and never drying, this soap will leave you smelling as fresh as a forest—and feeling like you could chop wood with your bare hands.
I tried the Gold Moss Scrub. It has a subtle earthy scent that stays with you and is awesome.5
Nice lather and made my hands feel nice and clean. Great woodsy smell to the bar, if you like that kind of scent.4
This product was just "okay." The scent was not for me at all. I was expecting a bit more citrus and less cedar. Upon use, the bar was as expected, except it felt a bit too sticky. It did lather nicely though.2
Purchased this for my husband who is a "no fuss fella" but needed to moisturize his dry skin. He initially only used it on his face and head but was so pleasantly surprised by the results started using it head to toe. It also smells fantastic. I'm thankful he was willing to try this soap because he has seen great improvement in his skin!5
The soap smells great and leaves you feeling clean and rugged. Plus it doesn't leave your skin stripped of oils like a lot of regular bar soap will dry out your skin.
I really enjoyed this product. The scent was bold and refreshing and while it didn't produce a lot of lather, it was nice to use. My one complaint is that it gets used up so quickly. I have used other brands of soap that last longer than this one. I use a soap saver, but still goes away too quickly.4
The Bay Rum scent is killer! Minimal, natural ingredients make for the best soap. Get some if you feel like smelling awesome.5
I have dry skin and get very itchy. This product seems to hep in relieving that somewhat. Its also a hard milled soap bar which will last a long time. Cool packaging for a gift as well.4
From the description I wasn't sure I was going to like it, but as it turns out, It has a great scent...feels good...right size...Big fan!5
A black bar of soap? Kind of radical. Getting into a black lather with it makes you think for a moment that it's the kind of soap you buy at a joke shop what will never come off, but that quickly proves to be wrong. I love the smell that comes with it. I love the bits of oatmeal that scrub as you get clean. Definitely a manly soap (this is not your mom's bar of Dove!)
What is the setback? Something small, really. When it dries on a dish or on a shelf in the shower, it leaves this black, gunky residue. I suppose other soaps to this too, but the blackness of the soap just makes it stand out more and look bad. Probably my fault; I should just clean it and shut up.
