With an afternoon or evening of grilling on your schedule, you have two choices when it comes to what to wear: the rattiest t-shirt you own, or a nice shirt that’s all but guaranteed to get dirty. Instead, simply don this ruggedly stylish canvas apron. It provides a barrier between you and all the flyaway sauces and marinades that come with being King of the Grill.
Very nice apron. The little details like the small metal buckle, the branded leather patch, and the leather neck strap make this apron stand out.5
Great look and feel. Like the leather neck strap and can't wait to grill with it.5
The apron looks great and has a great material. Different from normal aprons and gives you a little style while cooking.4
The style of this apron is great - great rugged texture with leather straps held on with classy and sturdy D rings. Two pockets make it super convenient. The size is good for an average height and weight man. Wouldn't recommend for a larger or taller man.
The only noticeable problem is that the neck strap is not adjustable - husband would have preferred to wear it up a bit higher. I agree.
Otherwise, a fun product he is looking forward to using tonight at the grill!
Durable, masculine! Great texture and quality. I wouldnt buy it ONLY because i really dont cook. But definetely great for COOKS, men who like to BBQ. Do recommend!4
This is a nice apron for grilling during the summer. I love that the top pocket perfectly fits my iphone and there is another pocket for any other necessities!5
As the description says can be used to cook or behind the bar. I will be using this for both. With the great pockets in front its very easy to throw a bottle opener or whatever is needed and always have it right where you left it.4
...but not the best, either.
Let me start by saying this is definitely a very rugged apron and it's perfect for when I bake during the holidays or cook with my cast iron skillet (it's massive, it's heavy, and I'm a wimp and little more than a novice in the kitchen). Heck, any apron would be, but this has the advantage of being blessedly devoid of logos AND looking cool.
That being said, the back tie is a bit of a pain to get through the side d-rings. The biggest problem is actually looping the tie back through the first d-ring in order for it to be secure in place, because for whatever reason, it suddenly seems to be too big for the ring. Slightly bigger rings could have fixed this.
Second, the part that goes over your neck is thin and seems a little flimsy, even though it's supposed to be leather. I haven't experienced any problems yet, but I get a funny feeling it's going to be the first thing that gives.
So is it worth it? Hate to end this with a cop-out, but it's an apron. Look at the price and make that call for yourself.
Clearly a durable apron. Deep pockets are a plus and the leather makes for a rugged look. But overall, is just a new apron for the remainder of the summer.4
