This matte-finish, high-hold wax from Hanz de Fuko combines the pliability of a pomade with the staying power of a gel. Lightweight and water-soluble, it taps natural plant extracts to add thickness and fullness while allowing you to separate, mold, and sculpt your ’do.
I really didn't like how this felt in my hands while applying it or in my hair once it was applied. I just couldn't get used to it and never felt comfortable.2
It was a little too sticky for my liking. I used a wax that holds the same, and doesn't get all over my hands.3
I thought I would stick with hanz de fuko's claymation but this is giving me second thoughts. High hold and the perfect amount of shine. Easier to apply compared to claymation as well.4
This wax has a great texture. Sample size is a bit small to be able tot try the product very well, but it does its job. Would recommend5
I'm not a fan of putting wax in my hair. This stuff is not for me.1
I have thinning hair and I have always had trouble finding a product that works for me. This allowed my hair to be styled without making it greasy4
I keep my hair very short right now with it a little longer in the front. This wax seemed to do a great job holding the hair for most of the day despite my many activities. It had a low amount of shine which is what I liked. If I used wax on a regular basis, this would be one I would consider.4
I'm not too picky about hair products, but this one is pretty good. Nice texture and the scent isn't off-putting4
I have log and thick hair and have been searching for a product that has firm hold with soft texture. This product seemed like the opposite of what my hair needs. I do recommend this for short or medium hair types with thin hair as thick hair may not be able to stay styled for long.3
I currently use a bumble and bumble version of this product which is very similar, the primary difference being the hold strength. The Fuko holds a little stronger/firmer then what I prefer for my hair, but if you want that 'firmer' hold I think it would be GREAT.5
