We love a good 2-in-1 product—like this matte finish, high-hold wax, which combines the pliability of a pomade with the staying power of a gel. Lightweight and water soluble, it taps organic ingredients and natural plant extracts to add thickness and fullness while allowing you to separate, mold, and sculpt your ’do. Ideal for short- to medium-length hair, the versatile formula is good for everything from grungy bed-head to more polished coifs.
I think the sponge wax if okay but nothing especially fantastic about it. I think the ample will go in my travel kit because it works but I'll stick to what I'm already using for every day4
the product is a good one, and as the company with reputation, it really is the better lot in the tons of waxes in the market. my only problem is in general , isa dislike of waxes and pastes to style hair. this one is better than any other that i have ever tried, but still, just the feel makes me dislike the concept of waxes in general. the better part was that it gave a shine free feeling , but still the stiffness, that any wax or pomade leaves you with is a big no for me. i love the feel of soft hair that you can run your hands through, without the feeling the stiffness. so the basic concept of this category of products , don't make sense to me at all. as for the product itself, i m keeping the sample , for a very bad hair day, as this one is still the best i have ever used in the category. quality itself along with the consistency is great.4
If you are looking for an upgrade from Pomade, this could be it. Good for men with Thin or Fine Hair4
This sponge wax is very nice and holds very well. I will definitely purchase this in the future4
A little different than the product I usually use, but this has a good feel and good hold.4
I've heard about this product through youtube but had never actually tried it. Then I got a sample in my box. Although I did not purchase this exact product I did order a full size of the Hybrid. I'm loving it. These products are great.5
The name of this product Hanz de Fuko really threw me a curveball. Absolutely would have never tried it based on the name. But since I received it in my subscription box, I was surprised that it worked well for my hair. I have short hair and I liked how it allowed me to style my hair quickly without it being sticky. After a day of wearing it, my hair doesn't feel greasy either. Finally, the smell of the product grew on me. It isn't a typical manly smell, but it was a pleasant smell that I thought wasn't feminine.4
This stuff simply isn't strong enough for my hairstyle — at least not first thing in the morning. I have a fairly popular cut: longish on top, short on the sides. When I style my hair, it's sort of a tall and messy side part, which means I need a product that can hold. This stuff doesn't really do that — at least not without a ton of it. However, I did notice that if you applied it later in the day (after some oils get back into your hair), it was much more effective.3
Everything from Hanz de Fuko is great, high quality stuff. Depending on how much hold you like and how shiny you want, there is something for every kind of hair. I prefer lots of hold as well as shiny (wet look) most days and this one is a good compromise. It's medium hold and medium shine--if you want higher hold and more shine, try the Modify. They all smell great though and work very well.5
I didn't live the way it felt, it held nicely but only for part of the day. Will probably stick to my regular hair wax.3
