A cult favorite in the quest for a great complexion, this moisturizer takes a proactive approach to anti-aging. A plant oil-based formula revives lifeless skin with exfoliating natural acids and energizing algae extracts, which do away with dead cells and the associated drabness.
This came in one of my very first Birchboxes. I tried to stretch out the sample as long as I could and was sad when I ran out. It's the best face cream I have found in a very long time, I'd been using Hope in a Jar for about seven years. I finally broke down and bought a full-size jar - I racked up my points and was able to get it for about $40 through a combination of points and a 20% promotion. Worth it!!!!5
I tried this twice. The scent is horrible. I'm not that picky, but the smell is strong and terrible- like spoiled glue or something. The cream irritated my skin both times too. I can't believe they charge so much for this. Gross.1
Product worked nice, even as ah sample was great on my skin. Had my skin feel very smooth light and refreshed.4
I loved trying this product, I had seen reviews for it in several magazines. Having this in my birchbox allowed me to give it a try before purchasing this costly cream. I was impressed with the results, skin looked more glowing and smother after using. However, I could not get over the smell, it was too fruity for me. Also, if using, I would recommend using sunscreen, my skin was a bit more sensitive to the sunlight.3
Great smell, works great, definitely noticed a difference after a week of use. Just wish it was a bigger sample!4
Believe the hype! Awesome scent to start off the day. Noticed improvement within a week with skin brightness. Not heavy or greasy in any way.5
I like the stuff it made my skin feel great although it's really expensive and I don't think I'd be able to afford a full product. I can afford it but I don't think I would shell out the money for it. But I liked it a lot and I would recommend it5
Not your average skin cream, that's for sure. You can feel it 'activating' on your skin--the tingling's a little weird, to be honest. Love the smell, though, and it certainly works--I just don't know if it merits the high praises (and price tag).4
I liked the exfoliating aspects of it as I get oily skin easily. My husband liked the anti aging aspects of it. Over all it's a fairly good product.4
Seems like a nice product. My natural body scent and this didn't seem to mix well. Smelled weird on me.3
