Here at Birchbox, we like to remind guys that it's all about the details. Anyone can serve tea in the right cup and saucer, but a well-made infuser adds that special something extra. This sharp porcelain infuser charm has a winning nautical theme, and will keep your loose leaves wrangled for the perfect cup, every time.
I don't know what that life savor is made out of. I don't know what germs it has but I am sure it has some.2
Nothing like sassing up a cup of tea! I love this little guy! Great for infusing my tea when I use whole tea leaves. Be careful though, I believe the little life-preserver decorative piece is ceramic and thus breakable.5
I'm a regular loose leaf tea drinker and when I saw this I thought it was so cute, most of the mesh balls I had seen before were always too small and didn't allow the leaves to fully expand; this ball is. It has a little weight to it as the charm seems to be made of a ceramic, but I don't mind, I absolutely adore this.5
First of all, I'm not trying to judge this little guy too harshly-- I bought it with my extra points, because I'm an avid tea drinker and my long-time tea infuser finally broke. I needed a replacement and this seemed like a quick fix. It's super cute, I won't lie, but the mesh is so widely spaced that most of the loose leaf tea I own floats out and into my tea. I don't mind terribly, I just wish the mesh didn't let so much of my tea out of the infuser and into my tea.2
I loved the idea of this cute design for a tea difuser but the netting it to big and none of the loose leaf tea I have will stay inside. I just can't use it and I am so sad. The life safer also is ceramic and heavy. I thought it would float but still cute.1
I am very pleased with the tea infuser. I love the charm on the end. It looks nice and is easy to remove once the tea is brewed.5
an absolute must have. there is nothing better then steeping your own loose leaf tea and i love the little life raft seeing as how im a beach girl myself!4
I haven't even used this infuser yet as the ball is huge! It takes up a big portion of my tea. I prefer smaller infuser balls (teehee).3
Such a cute little tea diffuser! I love diffusing my own tea and it's always so hard to find a diffuser in stores! This ones has small enough holes so you'll taste your tea but won't have to eat any getaway leaves!5
I love tea, and I love this infuser! So cute! My only beef with it is the way the little life preserver clangs against my tea glass in a very heavy way. But it has to be heavy so it doesn't get dragged into your cup. Alas...
I also wish it was a little bit smaller in circumference so that it would fit into my Kleen Kanteen wide mouth. But that's not something that would apply to most folks.
Overall, super cute, super sturdy, super useful.
