In the dead of winter, a warm pair of gloves is an absolute must, but removing them for every text can make the whole effort seem pointless. These gloves lay the problem to rest with a set of conductive fingertips, letting you type, swipe, or snap a pic without exposing your digits. Because even the best tweet isn’t worth a case of frostbite.
I was so excited about these gloves. When they arrived I thought they were great - could use my phone and stay warm. However, the little nubbies on the palm & fingers started to fall off quickly. I kept wearing them, but noticed they were starting to thin. Today I notice the thumbs had worn thru and the tips of the middle finger was about to blow out as well.
If you don't live where you have to wear gloves everyday, all the time, they might be great. I was greatly disappointed that the gloves didn't even make it 2 months.
Not worth the twenty bucks. :(
These gloves have a weird fit and feel. The little grippy pieces are starting to fall off after only a few wears and the tech tip won't work if it's floppy at all. The pilling is awful, too.2
I cannot type with these because the seams are so big and make a ridge on the ends of my fingers. Makes it hit buttons I'm not going for at all. HOWEVER I will say, the gloves are comfy and have excellent grip. I'm not very active and I live in AZ so its not cold enough for me to worry about gloves anyway.2
Really like the gloves but the fingers wear out quickly. I'd order again but only expect them to last a season.3
I got these gloves so that I could still function even when out in the winter weather. They are pretty good. They stain my finger tips though. The seams are also coming apart a little on the finger tips as well. Just a little more attention to detail would have been better!3
These are good gloves but they're too big for me. They are unisex s/m so, I was expecting it. My hands are unusually small. But the conductive fingertips work great for tapping on mobile devices even if the fingers don't fit perfectly. And the nubs prevent anti-slipping so, that is a nice feature.3
The merino wool is so soft and luxurious - and warm. Such a classy look for a techno-savvy glove. He really liked the nubbly texture, as well as the conductive fingertips. The only issue is that the "snug fit" of the unisex M/L are far too small for his man hands. If these gloves were an XL, I am sure he'd have kept them.3
probably won't stand up to multiple years of daily or near daily use, but for the days I've needed them, they work great.4
These gloves are super warm and soft which makes them nice to wear. However, those weird dots on them make them rather useless as utilitarian gloves as they rip off and make the gloves super fuzzy. I do have to say that the touch screen sections work every time and make the gloves convenient even with whole sections of dots missing.4
I was in desperate need of texting gloves... because I live in New England and like to take walks and goof around on my phone outside, these are absolutely essential.
I love the neutral, deep gray that these are. They'll go with anything. They're also appropriately sized (I got the large) and snug enough to give you control and grip, super important while texting or emailing, but not too tight that they're uncomfortable. They're also surprisingly warm for how thin they are. I love the little grippies because they help me keep ahold of things, but they 'poke' your fingers a little bit.
I'm super glad I purchased them.
