This landmark addition to the Hanz de Fuko line is the ultimate in user-friendly styling—pairing the holding power of wax with the soft, versatile finish of clay. The result is a highly adaptable product that can craft almost any ’do, from a mild case of bedhead to a rockabilly pompadour.
sample was to stiff to use and could get the full use of it since I couldn't apply it correctly.1
I tried this styling clay thinking that it would have a good all day hold but found it weakened throughout the day and didn't hold my style. I also found that it took a week of everyday hair washing before I could get the waxy feel of the clay out of my hair. Not a bad product but was hoping for more hold and definitely lingers in your hair.1
It was to thick sticky and literally like like what it says clay it is not able to work through your hair1
The overall packaging and fragrance are pleasant. I found the product difficult to work with mainly because it doesn't soften when warmed in the hands or emulsified with some water. Tried applying it to damp hair...... didn't go well. There are many quality hair clays and pastes on the market. This is NOT one of them.1
I really didn't like the texture of Hanz de Fuko Claymation. It was stiff and waxy. It was hard to work with. It didn't have any scent. I haven't tried to wash it out yet, but I'm sure that it will be a chore.1
I don't like the idea of a clay in my hair not for me to much hold1
How many different types of pomade can Birchbox find to send my husband? They send it faster than he can throw it out. His hair is too short to put it to use, but that does not prevent a new sample of pomade from arriving practically every month.1
its seriously the texture wet clay with about as much styling power as actual wet clay. weighs my hair down to the point that it looks like i havent showered in days. it seems every month i get a new paste or clay that is completely incompatible with shoulder length hair.1
The things we do for Birchbox....This month I tried Claymation in the spirit of discovery. The product was fairly tacky and did not blend well in my hands. Consequently, my hair looked rather gray and grainy with the product in it. Otherwise, it did its job. I have medium-length hair and got a sort of spiked/slicked back result. Not a terrible look, but, on top of the grayness and granules, the product smelled horrible. Try it if you have a cold?1
I normally use a paste in my hair, so I'm used to a tacky product. This clay was just unworkable and it didn't go on evenly.1
