This landmark addition to the Hanz de Fuko line is the ultimate in user-friendly styling—pairing the holding power of wax with the soft, versatile finish of clay. The result is an adaptable product that can craft almost any ’do, from a mild case of bedhead to a rockabilly pompadour.
Just okay. Nothing to rave about. I didn't hate it, but I didn't love it. I much preferred the Styling Mud I got the month before from a different brand.3
I bring my Hanz de Fuko Claymation with me pretty much everywhere I go. It's size and shape makes it easy to fit in any bag or jacket pocket, and the texture is so matte that I can quickly touch up my hair without getting gross product all over my hands, clothes, bag, or anyone else near me. For something so small, I was surprised at how long this little guy is lasting me. I started using the Hanz de Fuko clay a couple of months ago, and even though I open it up multiple times a day I still have at least 1/3 of the jar left. And remember, this jar is tiny. The day it's finally out will be a sad one indeed.5
Holds hair perfectly for hours. It held in heat here in TX and no greasy feel. This is something I'll definitely purchase in the future.5
This wonderful product provides a spectacular hold while maintaining a relatively low shine, which is exactly what i was going for!4
I am new to this brand. But this is not the type of product I use and like. Therefore I do not plan to purchase. I look forward to trying other products by this brand.2
What I like about this is that it doesn't take very much to achieve a hold. This gives a nice adjustable matte finish5
My husband loved this and will probably be buying a full size. He has very stubborn hair that won't style without a lot of coaxing and this stuff does the trick! You only need a little bit of it. Just be sure to work it up in your hand well before use.5
This production is probably the best thing I've received in the birchbox so far. Works well for my hair type and style.5
I really enjoy the fact that this clay allows for a sheen if you put it in while your hair is wet or a matte finish if used while dry. Overall, this is an awesome promenade that is versatile.5
I was conflicted with this. I thought it worked great for a funky, spiked-type style, BUT I found it very difficult to remove. Even after shampooing a couple times it would never feel like it fully came out. And I have short/thinning hair so I'm sure guys that need to use a lot for crazy styles or have thick heads of hair will really struggle to get the stuff out.
I did notice that my hair looked and felt thicker/healthier when I used this - not sure if it was or it was just the residue I noticed. I liked it, but not sure I'd ever use again unless I was really going for a spiked-up look (maybe for Halloween;)).
