You don’t have to see the movie “Ghost” to know that clay is ideal for sculpting. This landmark addition to the Hanz de Fuko line is the ultimate in user-friendly styling, pairing the holding power of wax with the soft, versatile finish of clay. The result is a highly adaptable product that can craft almost any do, from a mild case of bedhead to a rockabilly pompadour.
This pomade is great it hold and dosent crate that white stuff if is o happen to run my hand through my hair5
Great hold, subtle scent. Worked great on my kids hair as well5
I use a pomade for my hair. This one works well and does the trick, but I feel like it doesn't hold as well as my current product. It smells great though!3
I normally use a paste in my hair, so I'm used to a tacky product. This clay was just unworkable and it didn't go on evenly.1
for a guy with thinning hair, this stuff just isn't the right hair product. makes thin hair look even thinner, the tackiness accelerates shedding when applying.3
Thought it was good and it didn't leave a greasy feel on my hair. Strong all-day hold.4
I used it to kind of give my hair a little shine and molding but it doesnt work with mY hair type3
Based on sample. I have short(sides)/medium-long(top) hair with frizz problems. I use Kerastase shampoo/conditioner every other day, and John Frieda's Original Serum for frizz control, and then rely on the styling product to do the rest. I had been using American Crew Fiber, and it's done a mediocre job but can leave my hair looking greasy and the shorter hairs still frizzy.
In contrast, after trying Hanz de Fuko Claymation, I like it a lot better. The positives are that my hair looks less greasy, I need less of the product to get decent hold/frizz control, however I still have frizz problems. The clay itself is very thick, and can be hard to rub into hands and then apply to hair. The product is almost odorless, but if trying to smell the product there's a slight hoppy smell, perhaps? Overall I like it better than AC:Fiber, but the cost is almost two times more per ounce, which makes it difficult to jump to if I'm still not getting the frizz control that I'm looking for.
I had recently bought this product from Birchbox and was happy to find I was receiving a sample. This makes a great travel size. The quality of the product is awesome. It is definitely a strong hold and can be a bit hard to work with. But overall I love the product.5
I could not figure out how to apply the product effectively.2
