Of all the little comforts that brighten our day, few can beat the soothing sensation of balm on a pair of dry, cracked lips. This example from GO247 makes a good thing even better, enhancing the natural hydration of beeswax with a refreshing burst of menthol. Consider it the pocket-sized equivalent of a tall glass of water (one that won’t leak on your brand new slacks).
I typically use the burt's bee's minty lip balm and am satisfied with it. This product does moisturize like the burt's brand, but the smell/ taste is more waxy with this one. I would rather continue using the burts. This one has a slight minty smell and its nice if you think burt's is too pepperminty.4
I did not like this product at all. It was hard when I applied it to my lips so it didn't go on smoothly. The product that did stay on my lips had a sticky texture to it that made my lips stick together. Not for me.1
It's not terrible but not really impressed. I feel the menthol but also leaves my lips feeling sticky. Other lip balm products are better.2
Like some of this brand's other products, this seems like an industrial strength version of what it should be. The smell is okay, and it gives your lips a cool mint feeling that's slightly too strong. The product itself is too thick and waxy. You really have to drag it across your lips, it doesn't glide naturally, and your lips feel like they stick together afterwards.2
Maybe people like a waxier texture to their lip balm but the handful of times I've tried to use this stuff it feels like I put paste on my lips. I'll stick with Burt's Bees.1
Smells good and gets the job done. Nice dark color.5
It is lip gloss. It is fine. I have equally good lip gloss at a cheaper price. Not much more to say.3
yes it's cold out! A lip balm is very helpful, yet usually overlooked. This is a good product from a very good label. ( I have tried other products of theirs. )5
I was excited about this product because I am definitely a chapstick addict. However, after receiving it and trying it out - I realized that the texture of the balm was very grainy, and didn't apply well. I always feel like I have a piece of it hanging on my lip. I don't get the "refreshing burst of menthol" when using the product either. I'll stick with regular chapstick.1
This is very good lip balm especially given that it is the same basic ingredients as some of the other "beeswax" kind that I have been less than impressed with.4
