Inspired by Russian winters, love affairs, and the fiery novels of Alexander Pushkin, this fragrance evolves from a crisp, citrus opening to a warm, woodsy finish. The result is an aroma that conjures memories, whether you’re sitting by the fire, or off for a wintry walk.
The smell was just too powerful...it also wasn't completely manly...1
Its a bit harsher then I would like it to be. I like it as a dressy fragrance if that makes sense but it really is not for me. It a very dress up going to a great show fragrance.1
The smell is really nice and stylish but the price is a little much for me4
Great smell but way to expensive. I would like to purchase this in the future but it is way too expensive4
Great smell , just do not like the price . Saple is a little small4
I always love when I receive fragrance in my birchbox but this one is a bit strong for my taste, my colleagues usually compliments me on my smell, but they were quite shocked at this smell, it's not bad, but it's not the best.2
This was actually the best sample in my February Birch Box. I say this because this is a premium fragrance that is typically only sold through better department stores like Barney's.
The fragrance smells like the bath / spa line La Source by Crabtree & Evelyn. Doesn't smell right on me. While the $165.00 price point isn't cost prohibitive to me, I won't be buying because I just don't care for the scent.
Just wasn't my favorite scent. More tame and civil than being musky and flowery.3
I don't often wear cologne but this stuff smells pretty nice. What isn't so nice is the hefty price tag associated with a bottle of this stuff. If this were less expensive as in 1/3 of the price, I'd more likely consider buying it.3
This scent seems a little on the understated side. Do not like it or dislike it strongly.2
