Old school aftershaves may work wonders on nicks and cuts—if you can bear the burn of an alcoholic splash. This serum-based balm doesn't sacrifice comfort for efficacy: Makandi root and black tea extract to soothe and cool the skin while naturally healing cuts and scrapes. Meanwhile, alpine willowherb extract relieves inflammation and pear cactus extract minimizes fine lines and wrinkles—what torturous formula can say that?
Soothing balm? not so much, it had a peppermint scent that would rather burn my eyes more than my face (home alone style) not that its a horrible aftershave.. just not likely ill purchase it3
Nice product, does what it says it does. My favorite thing is the name/message.4
Love this stuff, smells good, moisturizes, helps razor bumps. All the good stuff you need in an aftershave.4
I used this product last night after going through my standard wet shaving routine. It left my skin feeling very irritated, the scent was a bit too old school for me, and it felt like I had rubbed pure aloe vera on my skin (really sticky). Won't be purchasing.2
I don't typically use after shave balms, as I only have to shave about twice per week. I was on vacation last week, and didn't shave at all, so when I did I got overzealous and nicked myself in a couple of spots. The Game Day Aftershave Balm came in handy. It felt great on my razor burned face, and the fragrance wasn't overpowering, like some other brands I've used in the past.4
There's nothing wrong with this balm but it didn't make me feel especially comfortable after shaving. I tried several different balms before settling on the one I'm currently using.4
I wish I had more use for products like these. I don't shave very often as I don't have a lot of facial hair. (whomp whomp) Either way, I was able to try this and liked it. Liked the feel, felt very refreshing.5
Soothing, reasonably priced. Provides what it advertises.5
I have fairly sensitive skin so I was hoping this would help to the pre-shave cream I use. I does feel very nice going on, it tingles a little like there's peppermint or tea tree oil in it, and makes my skin feel more taught and cool. It's not a miracle cure for razor burn but I do think it improved the way my skin felt.5
I don't typically use aftershaves, but this one had me rethinking that. It is absolutely refreshing, providing a slight mentholated tingle. It also leaves skin smooth and hydrated.5
