Moderation is key when it comes to exfoliating, which is why those harsh scrubs aren’t doing your skin any favors. Luckily, this hip Parisian brand’s ultra-gentle cleanser crossed the ocean just in time to rescue dull complexions without stripping skin. A host of natural ingredients, including finely ground apricot seeds, work to lift away dead cells and impurities.
I was using this scrub to help take off a load of makeup from going out. It literally didn't remove any of the makeup from my face which makes me wonder how much dead skin is it actually removing? Also the sample size was ridiculously small. Barely enough product for one use.1
I really wanted to love a new product from birch box. Not sure why but i got bumps on the side of my nose now. This product didn't have enough grain in it. I think I'll stick my St Ives scrubs from target.1
This stuff smells nice and seems like a gentle cleanser rather than an exfoliator - very few actual "scrubbing" particles.1
I don't know if the sample was too small to actually experience, but I didn't notice anything unique, notable, or great about this wash.1
I didn't like the smell of this scrub and it wasn't scrubby enough for me.1
Was hoping to like this, but ended up way disappointed. Initially liked the exfoliating feel, but when I washed my face, it didn't feel clean at all. It felt greasy as though it was sitting on top of my skin. Had to use my regular cleanser to get the feel and remainder of my makeup (which I don't use much) off my face.1
Just ok, I didn't think it exfoliated very well, I like something with more substance, this was pretty thin1
This is extremely gentle scrub which is probably good for a very dry skin. It left my skin feeling quite oily.1
I used this product the day I got my box. Oly to be disappointed. The product didn't exfoliate and left a waxy residue on my skin that I could scrape off with my fingernails. Yuck!1
Maybe it's just my skin type, but this seemed to leave an oily residue on my skin. Plus, I didn't feel it exfoliated very well. I'll use the rest of my sample on my legs or something, but not on my face.1
