Love the look and feel but leaks

I love everything about this product and their company except it doesn't work the way it should. I just used it for the first time to make margaritas and the lids stays on when shaking but the liquid leaks out the sides. I have to use it without the lids now and shake with a pint glass instead. I feel it has superior lightweight materials except the part that is supposed to keep the liquid in.
