How to use it
If you're new to experimenting with eyeliner, draw a few dots close to your upper lashes with the tip of the black end of the pencil and then connect them to create a statement eye. More advanced users can trace a single stroke. Flip the pencil over and use the pink tip on the inner corners of your eyes and on your waterline to brighten.
