Loose Mineral Pigment
This loose-mineral powder is talc-free, highly pigmented, and multi-use. It can be used as an eyeshadow or an eyeliner with a wet liner brush.
How to use it
Use wet or dry. Apply with eye shadow brush to lid of eyes. To use as eye liner, dip a damp liner brush into pigment and apply a thin line along the lid.
