After exfoliating, use a tanning mitt or your hands to apply a thin, even layer onto clean, dry skin. In circular motions, spread the formula over face and body and be sure to use sparingly on hands, feet, knees, and elbows. Avoid using after moisturizer and wait at least 4-8 hours before showering. Since the formula is gradual, wait until the color fully develops and repeat if necessary to get your desired level of tan.
